Debra was born and raised in Southern, California. While raising her two children Alicia and Michael, with her husband, Mike, she started working in the legal field in 1995, with experience in Personal Injury, Social Security, Workers’ Compensation, and Family Law.
While working full-time and raising her children, Debra attended night classes at San Bernardino Valley Community College where she focused on Administration of Justice and earned a certificate in Crime Scene Investigation.
Debra and her husband knew for many years they wanted to move to the Pacific Northwest where they visited family and friends. After her husband retired in 2019, they sold their home and along with their cat, Blue, took a sabbatical and traveled. While traveling through Oregon, they both fell in love with Central Oregon and decided to make it their forever home.
Debra enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys camping, boating, fishing, and hiking.
